Start-Up and Field Service

Nol-Tec offers a wide range of installation, start-up, training, and field services for all dense phase, dilute phase pneumatic conveying systems, and Sorb-N-Ject® Dry Sorbent Injection equipment. From basic phone support to complete turnkey installations or anything in between, we are here to assist you every step of the way.

Once an installation is complete, a Nol-Tec service technician typically commissions the system. Our staff is well versed in all aspects of the equipment and will work with you to fine-tune your system's operation until you are completely satisfied. If you prefer to install the system yourself, one of our supervisors can oversee the process to ensure proper installation procedures. Our start-up technicians are capable of making these changes in the field.

After installation and start-up are complete, a Nol-Tec engineer will create and supply you with your system's final "as-built" drawings and full reports detailing the status of all adjustable devices. This information is invaluable if you desire to make future modifications. System training is also available.
